Coming to Barbados in late May early June and wonder what is the law regarding going Topless or Nude on a beach? Are there any secluded beaches that either of the above is permitted or is it totally against the law? Please get your other half a bikini top.. All of the beaches in Barbados are public regardless of where they are situated and it is against the law to sunbath in the nude or topless. I will say that in my 13 years of living in Barbados, that I have seen women topless while sunbathing and before walking around the put on a top.

I am aware if the rules around camouflage but slightly confised about the topless rules. The law applies everywhere that is public including hotels, resorts etc. There are no private beaches in Barbados. Best keep your top on. Full stop. No exceptions made for beaches or around the hotels in barbados. I remember and always take the mickey out of my son who on his first visit to Bim tried to get on a bus shirtless as he had left his t shirt behind , he had to walk through Bridgetown wearing his mums lovely frilly top. Bajans are very modest people ,,,,, I have often seen the beach patrol staff telling visitors to cover up - and supermarkets etc.
Topless pool. We liked Temptations in Cancun , but under construction. Not swingers Thanks! Suggest you try other islands, topless pools are not in vogue in Barbados.
