Neil MacPherson is an artist living and working in the far North Highlands. If you are dating a Mormon man or woman, be genuinely interested in their religion. When he's not at work, he's busy preparing or at conferences or studying, basically non existent. I think a lot of people just yell run whenever this topic comes up and like you I think that's unfair. And there is NO taking them off to wear a sleeveless shirt, cute sun dress or regular, girl-length shorts in the summer.
That said, I would be fully aware that Mormonism is going to compel even the best of them to do some truly horrendous stuff at times. And believe me, I can relate to many of the things you talk about in your blog. BUT it could easily have gone the other way. Over the span of the last year though, things have slowly changed.
